CSCCa

This semester I have started working at the CSCCa. So far I am loving it and going to work is actually fun! I am basically a secretary, but I'm not gonna lie, I think I am the best filer the place has ever seen (thanks to IT&T).....sorry rachel. :) I have the opportunity to go to Nashville to help out with the convention they put on every year for all the strength and conditioning coaches across the nation in the NCAA and some professional teams. It is going to be SUPER fun and it keeps me really excited waiting for May so I can go.

I just found out what my job at the convention is going to be....I am the RSVP girl. Which means I get the liberty of calling all the coaches that are planning on going and making sure we have all the correct information for them and checking to make sure they are really going so we can get our numbers all correct. INTIMIDATiNG!! haha. No, it really isn't that bad, but it definitely is weird to be on the phone with some of the guys you see on tv.

My favorite part about work though is my boss. We call him "coach" and he is SUPER funny!! Man, this guy cracks me up. He is always telling me to "check the website and become familiar with it so when people call you will be familiar with it and be able to help them out. We only hire nice girls." ha. He makes work so fun. Last week, he took me and Lindsy (the other secretary) and his wife Becky (she works there too) to lunch at this Mexican place. Yeah, I got paid while I was out to lunch with him AND he paid for the meal too. I love my job.
