Lagoon

Yesterday my Mom and Dad took the whole family to Lagoon!  Usually about every year we try to get all together and do something fun during the summer.  You guys would be so proud of me- I remembered my camera!  But of course I left it in the car.  Hey, but that's improvement, right?!  So unfortunately no pictures :(  And I really wish I could have captured my Mom's face on some of the roller coasters.  She is the COOLEST Mom ever because she LOVES roller coasters!  She'll go on just about anything with me!  I think the funniest moment of the night though was the haunted house.  I specifically arranged to NOT go with Matt (because I knew he would pull something to scare me the whole ride) so me and Mama hooked up.  We started out behind Jeff and Darci and went along enjoying the spooky sounds and sights.  Now, I love haunted houses because I know nothing can really happen to me, it is all just fun.  But when something either touches me or gets really close to me, that is when I freak out!  So we were just going along enjoying the ride, of course screaming just to have a fun mommy daughter ride, and then all of a sudden a REAL man dressed in normal clothes appears out of nowhere right next to our seat.  Okay, of course we screamed bloody murder and when my Mom screamed, I screamed louder and vice versa.  When we calmed down, we laughed and thought about how that was a great prank and he did a great job of scaring us.  So then we are rounding the last corner waiting for the last finale of the haunted house and we see movement to the side of us.  Then the guy appeared again stuck his arm up and we realized it was him and it totally scared us again!  Then the whole process of screaming and such, but this time we were at the very end of the ride so EVERYONE heard us, haha.  It was probably the best ride I've had in a while!  And the look on my Dad's face at the end of "what the heck happened to the girls to make them scream that loud" was PRICELESS!!
