This week has been so jam packed! I have loved every minute of it though! We really don't have many restrictions here - they let us roam around as long as we are in groups of two or more. So Koryl and I have seen a lot of the city just by getting on random Tube Trains and exploring! This last Friday (field trip day) we went and saw the London Tower. We also got a peak at the London Bridge and Tower Bridge. Pretty cool to actually BE at these places!!
This is a group of us outside the London Tower with Tower Bridge right behind us. You would think this is the London Bridge, but don't kid yourself, it isn't.

Garrett, Dylan, Me, Sarah and Katie outside the British Museum
First Day of School!
Kensington Palace
Outside Buckingham Palace. This guy was our friend. We were his first Idahoans.
We like to take random pictures. This was a HUGE tree that was basically a dome because the branches all reached the ground, creating an igloo looking thing.
We are going to go on the river and do the paddle boats sometime!
This is the place in the London Tower Castle that they house the Crowned Jewels. So cool! I have never seen such BLING! The biggest diamond ever cut is in one of the scepters here. wow. That is all I can say. Words cannot describe! It was simply amazing.
(Sorry no pictures allowed inside!)
Some random guys bed...we honestly just took the picture because it was one of the few pictures we were allowed to take. It was inside Henry VIII's Castle, but probably wasn't his bed....he was too fat for this one.
Here is the London Bridge. Exciting, yeah? No. LAME. But hey, at least now I can say I have walked across the London Bridge (Nursery Rhymes and Fergie Required Singing as you walk across of course). And yes, it really IS falling down.
View from the London Bridge. Just down the Thames River from this bridge is the Tower Bridge. Rumor has it that an American bought the London Bridge, thinking he was getting the Tower Bridge, and was in for quite a treat when he found out he got jipped.
We went and saw STOMP! It was the best show ever! They used everything, and I mean EVERYTHING to pound on and make rhythms. It was very entertaining and funny! They knew how to cater to an audience and amaze us with their creativity. Brings me back to my sixth grade D.A.R.E. graduation with our version of a stomp. What a disaster haha.
Yes, London is in mourning, just like the rest of us. Even if it is getting blamed for his death, Michael Jackson is remembered.
Ah, shawarma! YUMMM!! They have all sorts of food here. There is a big middle eastern influence and Indian food too. I can't wait to eat it all! Crepes are REALLY good to here (at least that is what i hear...It is next on my list of things to try)
Oh, and don't worry, i tried the ice cream the first minute I was off the plane. yeah, i died and went to heaven! the gelato is good too....i'm just saying
