no cell phone/technology. everyone is so polite. if a cell phone goes off in the tube, they just SHUT THIER PHONE OFF instead of answering. wow. its refreshing
no texting. they don't text here. no one interrupts your conversations with it. imagine that

my bunkbed with a million suggestions written all over the bottom of the top bunk.
hearing Kaitlin say "oh diana" in a sweet little voice when i wake her up in the morning
dance parties in dorm 3
they sing all verses of a hymn here...yeah, even those bottom ones that we've never sung
the smoky streets. is it bad that i love it? everyone smokes - the smell is so comforting though
galaxy bars, bueno bars, percy pigs, dried razlberries, WAffLES, gelato, ice cream FOOD
my girls. I have made some of the greatest friends in London.
church. and my primary kids doing the wrong actions and telling me they are "fine" when i ask them how they are. always "fine" in their little accents.

ahh the list goes on and on and on! i LOVED it ALL! i still think of it ALL the time and memories pop into my head daily. i am so glad for the experiences i had in the UK and all that i learned! i just am sad to not be there anymore! but it is always good to be HOME

That's so weird about the smoke smell in the streets. It's the same for me. I also miss train stations with the tracks almost covered with cigarette butts.
Oh Diana! I miss waking up to your beautiful face! And I miss our spontaneous dance parties! Love you!
